Built to Offend uses customer information to create personalised cards, take payment, prevent misuse and fulfil orders. We do not sell customer information.

What we process

Depending on what you use, this can include the recipient name and age, occasion, relationship, the details you give the Monster, card wording, uploaded images, customer email, delivery details, payment status and order/fulfilment information.

AI personalisation

Information entered into the Monster generator is processed to create the requested card. Avoid entering information that is unnecessary, highly sensitive or private. The service is designed for adult humour, not for publishing private information about another person.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Built to Offend does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Printing and delivery

We share the information necessary to print and deliver an order with the fulfilment provider used for that order, including print artwork and recipient delivery details.

Images and print masters

Uploaded/created print assets are held privately for fulfilment and support and should be deleted when they are no longer reasonably required, subject to technical, fraud, accounting or dispute requirements.
